Why I Love This Recipe
This has been a family recipe forever! Nothing better than a pork roast, saurkraut, & and potato dumplings!
Ingredients You'll Need
3 1/2 Lbs Potatos
2 eggs, beaten
6 cups flour
Cook peeled potatos in salted water.
Add beaten eggs.
Add 6 cups flour.
Mix thoroughly, adding flour if needed so dumplings are not sticky.
Roll dumplings about the size of a baseball.
Boil in salted water 20-30 minutes To test if done, cut in half. If they are done, the center will not be mushy and it will be the same color as the outside of the dumpling.
