Ifound this recipe in a Betty Crocker cook book back in 1985. We were having a senior camping trip and I made potato salad. It went fast.
Ingredients You'll Need
6 large Russet potatoes
2 eggs, hard boiled
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup onion
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 cup mayonaise
salt and pepper to tast
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Directions
Boil potatoes
Cut up celery and onion
Put all ingredients in a bowl stir and serve
