Potatoe Casserole
Why I Love This Recipe
My daughter's girlfriends mother gave me this recipe and I have been making it for years now. I have made this for my family and friends and everyone loves it. When I make it on Sunday's both of my "grown" children come to my house just to get some whether it is to have with their dinner or to take to work the next day.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 bag of Ore-Ida's "Potatoes O'bien"
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 pint of sour cream
2 cups of cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter (melted)
dash of salt and pepper (if you like)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together until well mixed, put in oven safe dish or pan and bake at 350 degree for 1 hour or until potatoes are soft.
