Surprisingly good.

Ingredients You'll Need

2 Cans potted meat
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 small can store brand mushroom, diced
1 Cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 Cup finely diced onion
2-10 ounce cans store brand refrigerated biscuits, 16 in total
1 egg, mixed with 1 tablespoon water for egg wash
2 Cups tomato sauce
1 Teaspoon oregano
1/2 Teaspoon chopped basil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine potted meat and diced mushrooms and form into 1/2 inch diameter balls. Heat olive oil in a skillet and fry balls on all side for a total of 8 minutes. Remove from skillet to a mixing bowl. Add in mozzarella, salt and pepper. On a lightly floured work surface, flatten biscuits to about 6 inches in diameter. Spoon 2 heaping Tablespoons of mixture onto center of biscuits, wet edges of 1 half and fold over. Seal edges with a fork. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet and place calzones on and bake for 20 minutes or until browned.
