Directions
***For the Spicy Brown Mustard Dip***
- In a small bowl, mix together 1/2 cup Dijon mustard and 1/4 cup whole-grain mustard.
- Add 1 tbsp brown sugar and 1 tbsp dark beer. Stir until smooth.
***For the Sweet Honey Dip***
- In another bowl, mix 2 tbsp honey into 1/2 cup sour cream.
- Add 1/4 tsp smoked paprika and salt to taste.
***For the Dill Garlic Aioli***
- In a small food processor, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt.
- Blend until creamy, then stir in 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill.
***For the Beer Cheese Dip***
1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until it forms a thick paste.
3. Gradually pour in the milk and beer, whisking constantly until the mixture is smooth and begins to thicken, about 5 minutes.
4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and gradually add the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
5. Stir in the Dijon mustard and cayenne pepper (if using). Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve warm with your favorite pretzels or warm bread.
