10 thin slices of pasture-raised prosciutto
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Lay the slices of prosciutto on the parchment-lined cookie sheet in a single layer.
Bake until crispy, about 5 to 7 minutes. Leave them to cool (they get crispier when chilled).
Break them into small pieces, and add them to any entrée as a topping, on top of salads, or just eat them by themselves. Watch out - they are addictive!
