Ingredients You'll Need

Pork roast, butt, shoulder or tenderloin
Seasonings of your choice
Sauce of your choice
Potatoes (russet, red, white, yellow)
Sour Cream
Butter
Carrots
Brown Sugar
Planko Crumbs
Milk
Large Bowl
Crock Pot
Baking Dish


Directions

Pulled Pork:
Take out your pork roast, butt, shoulder, tenderloin (cut of your choice).
Season meat to your liking (salt, pepper, garlic, whatever makes you happy).
Drizzle on sauce of your choice (BBQ, Carolina BBQ, or anything else you like) – sauce is optional, meat will produce it’s own juice if you don’t want to add sauce.
Place in crock pot and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Pull apart with two forks.
Serve on roll/bun of your choice – tastes great on everything!


Homemade Mashers:
Potatoes (russet, red, white, yellow) – whole or half bag.
Peel and cut.
Boil 15 minutes in salted water.
Drain and place in large bowl.
Add butter and stir until melted.
Add salt, pepper, garlic (to taste preference).
Add sour cream (1/2 container or full container, depending on amount of potatoes).
Add milk to desired consistency.


Glazed Carrots with Panko:
Peel and cut carrots.
Boil 10-15 minutes until soft.
Place in baking dish.
Add butter and brown sugar (enough to coat).
Add panko crumbs (1/4 cup or more depending on how many carrots).
Cover and bake 15 minutes.
Remove and add panko crumbs to cover the top.
Place in broiler for 5-7 minutes or until crust browns.
