Ingredients You'll Need
4 eggs
¾ c. melted butter
2 c. pumpkin
2c. sugar
2 t. baking powder
1 t. soda
½ t. cinnamon
2c. flour
3 oz. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
6 Tb. butter
1 t. vanilla
1 Tb. milk
Directions
Mix together eggs, butter, pumpkin, & sugar.
Add baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and flour.
Pour batter into greased & floured jelly-roll pan.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
For frosting, blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla & milk. Spread over cooled bars. (Top with chopped nuts if you wish.)
