Pumpkin Bread from my Nana
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups granulated sugar
2 cups pumpkin, fresh (cooked)
1 cup vegetable oil
3 cups flour
1 tsp of each cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, salt
Combine oil and sugar in a large mixing bowl and mix well.
Add pumpkin and eggs.
Sift dry ingredients and mix well.
Add to liquid batter and pour into greased and floured pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 F/180 degrees Celsius.
For two loaf pans
bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
