Why I Love This Recipe
This is all about Fall for me- I make it every year. I ALWAYS double the recipe and add usually something fun to the second loaf: 1/2-3/4 cup of chopped nuts, dried fruit, choclate chops etc. get creative!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet ingredients. Bake one hour at 350 degrees in a greased loaf pan.
