Pumpkin Bread

Why I Love This Recipe
My awesome Mother-in-Law, Janie, has been making this for her family for many, many years. Scot, my husband, could not possibly make it through autumn and the holidays without his favorite pumpkin bread. Now my boys are just as addicted to this bread as their Daddy. Guess I'll be passing this on to MY daughters-in-law someday!
Ingredients You'll Need
Pumpkin Bread
Sift together and set aside:
3 ½ cups all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Mix the following well:
4 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup water
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350 for about an hour in well-greased and floured loaf pans. Alternatively, you can use Pam for baking. (Ovens vary – so watch closely)
