I love this recipe because it is very easy and simple, yet a crowd pleaser! I bake pumpkin bread year-round.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 cups of Sugar
1 cup of vegetable oil
3 1/3 cups of flour
2 tsp. of salt
2 tsp. of baking soda
1 tsp. of cinnamon
1 tsp. of nutmeg
2/3 cup of water
(1) 15 oz can of pumpkin
Grease bottoms and sides of two loaf pans. Mix sugar and oil, add eggs and beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Add flour and water mixture alternately to sugar/oil/eggs mixture.
Beat in canned pumpkin.
Divide mixture between two loaf pans.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 55-65 minutes.
