Got this recipe from my friend, Bernadette, who I had not seen in 15 or so years, she remembered that I liked pumpkin and shared the recipe with me. They turn out so well, and everyone loves them!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup butter, softened
3 cups sugar
2 cups pumpkin, canned if you don't have fresh baked
4 cups flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Directions
Cream butter and sugar, add pumpkin, egg and vanilla.
Beat until mixed well.
Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda, Mix well.
Add nuts and chocolate chips.
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375 for approx. 12 minutes.
