Pumpkin Eggnog Pie

Why I Love This Recipe
This is one of my ALL TIME FAVORITES!!!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 16 oz can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups prepared eggnog
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 9” unbaked pie shell (I LOVE Marie Callender's)
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350; bake for 30-45 minutes longer or until knife inserted into custard comes out clean. Remove and cool.
