Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients You'll Need
4 C. flour
2 C. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. butter or margarine, softened
2 C. brown sugar
1 C. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can solid pumpkin
OPTIONAL:
1 Cup of raisins, chocolate chops or nuts.
Directions
PUMPKIN OATMEAL COOKIES
4 C. flour
2 C. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. butter or margarine, softened
2 C. brown sugar
1 C. granulated sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can solid pumpkin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
combine first 5 ingredients, set aside.
Cream butter, gradually add sugars,mix until light and fluffy.
Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
Alternate dry ingredients and pumpkin mixture.
Mix well after each addition.
OPTIONAL: you may add 1 Cup of raisins, chocolate chops or nuts.
Drop by tablespoon onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake for approximately 14 minutes until firm and lightly browned.
