A Boettcher Holiday tradition. It's a classic.
Ingredients You'll Need
3 eggs
1 1/2 c pumpkin
1 c brown sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
1 t nutmeg
1 c evaporated milk
1 unbaked pie crust
Directions
Beat eggs slightly. Add all ingredients except milk and blend thoroughly. Add milk and blend. Bake for 45 minutes at 400 F.
