Ingredients You'll Need
6 cups chicken broth
4 cups pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon basil
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
Black pepper to taste
1 diced onion
2 cloves diced garlic
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions
Cook all ingredients except heavy cream for 30 minutes.
Blend.
Add 1/2 cup heavy cream and cook for 30 more minutes.
