Purple Cauliflower & Swiss Chard Stir Fry

Ingredients You'll Need
1 Head purple or white Cauliflower
1 Bunch Rainbow Swiss Chard
1 Bunch Kale
1 Cup Spinach
1 Red Onion
2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos or Soy sauce
1 Tbsp of minced garlic
Pinch salt and pepper
1. Put Cauliflower in a pan with Olive Oil and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add in Swiss Chard, Kale, Spinach, Garlic, Onion. Cook for 5 Minutes
