QUICK AND EASY FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE
Why I Love This Recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
2 c. fruit cocktail (with juice)
Directions
Mix ingredients in order - no need to sift - just mix well and
pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2
cup chopped nuts. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

This sounds so good ! It is so hot here in N.C. today, supposed to get up to around 102. Anyway, my Family loves fruit and we are kinda staying inside today and wanted to bake !!!
