Ingredients You'll Need
2 turkey breakfast sausage patties
3 eggs
Salt and black pepper
2 teaspoons butter
2 whole wheat English muffins, split and toasted
2 slices Cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook sausage according to package directions; set aside and keep warm. Beat eggs in small bowl; season with salt and pepper. Melt butter in small skillet over low heat. Pour in eggs; cook and stir gently until just set. Place cheese on bottom halves of English muffins; top with sausage and scrambled eggs. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 sandwiches
Tip: Turkey sausage breakfast patties may vary in size. If patties are small, use two patties for each sandwich
