Quick Cake Mix Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients You'll Need
1 package of yellow cake mix
1 cup chunky style peanut butter
1/3 cup water
Add 1/2 package of cake mix and remaining ingredients. Beat with a spoon or electric mixer until smooth and well blended.
Blend in remaining 1/2 package of yellow cake mix. Mix thoroughly. It may be necessary to use your hands to mix the dough.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 3" apart on ungreased baking sheet. Cookies should be about the size of walnuts.
With a fork dipped in flour or sugar, flatten rounds of dough by pressing crisscross design on top of each cookie.
Bake 8-10 minus or until a light golden brown. Cool cookies on baking sheet about 2 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool.
Variations: Bake teaspoonful size of dough in mini muffin pans and add a Ghiradelli milk chocolate chip or a Hershey's kiss chocolate on the top in the center. For peanut butter and jelly cookies, pies tip of a spoon in center. This makes a hole to hold the jelly after baking.
