Nutritional Information: (3 oz protein, ¼ cup veggies, 1 tbsp. fat)

Ingredients You'll Need

3 oz. cooked cubed chicken breast or 4 oz cooked shrimp
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup thinly sliced celery
Pinch of sea salt and pepper
1/8 tsp of curry or turmeric spice
1 avocado


Take out insides of avocado and mix all ingredients together and place in both halves of avocado. Scoop out and enjoy!
