Why I Love This Recipe

I'm not a huge fan of red meat, but my hubby loves it, and I actually like the way this tastes!

Ingredients You'll Need

6 small minute steaks {NOT the cubed and preferably with the bone. May be a T-bone steak and/or breakfast steak. They come about 3 in a package}
Garlic Powder
Ground Pepper
Teriyaki Sauce {I only use La Choy}

Directions

Put 3 steaks a piece into large ziplock bags. Add enough Teriyaki sauce to thoroughly coat steaks. Sprinkle in garlic powder and pepper to taste {aprox 3 teaspoons each? I don't measure!}. Zip bag and shake. Put in fridge to marinate overnight, turning the bags over as often as you can {you can marinate for less time, But I find that the overnight rule helps to make the steaks very juicy!}

Coat Skillet or Large Frying pan with olive oil. Heat until oil begins to sizzle. Add steaks {2 at a time makes it quick}. Make sure to pour out the marinade into the skillet as well. Add a little more of each ingredient if marinade starts to dissolve or get too sticky. Cook on Medium heat, flipping over and pressing down with a metal spatula until cooked through. Serve and enjoy!

I normally serve the steak w/ Au Gratin potatoes and green beans..makes for a tasty trio!
