Ingredients You'll Need

2C.all purpose flour
1t baking powder
1t baking soda
1t salt
2 large eggs
1C.sugar
4 very ripe bananas
1t vanilla
1/2 C.vegatable oil
1 t cinnamon

Directions

pre heat oven to 350

combine all dry ingrediants in small bowl except cinnamon

in larger bowl cream eggs,and sugar

stir in mashed bananas,vanilla,oil,and cinnamon

stir in flour mix 1/3 at a time until just combined

devide into 1/2

place each 1/2 into 9x5 loaf pans

bake appx 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean

cool and enjoy.wrap tightly in plastic wrap will keep about a week.

The recipe should state combine all dry ingredients in small bowl except cinnamon and sugar. My boys made this and I told them to follow the recipe exactly, but when it said cream together eggs and sugar, they had already put the sugar in with the "dry" ingridents.
