Quinoa Breakfast Drink
Why I Love This Recipe
A recipe I found a few years ago while researching Quinoa, this is a very quick breakfast that will give you energy and keep you full until lunch. Instead of berries you can always use bananas.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup organic pre-rinsed quinoa
1 quart water
3 tbsp raw honey
2 cups fresh berries
Prepare Quinoa according to directions on box then remove from
heat, stir in honey and let cool.
Pour mixture into a blender with fruit and blend until smooth
