Quinoa Puff Almond Butter Bars

Why I Love This Recipe
These make a great snack or a light dessert, but be careful because they are addictive!
Feel free to substitute different dried fruit depending on your personal preferences.
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup Quinoa Puffs
1/2 cup Amaranth Puff
1 cup almond butter
1/3 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup carob chips (optional)
1/4 cup dried figs
1/3 cup dried apricots
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup golden raisins
Directions
Mix, press into square pan, freeze overnight, cut into squares – keep in freezer
