For a group of 30 people:
5 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2.5 oz dry onion soup mix
5 cups raw rice
10 cups water
30 chicken breast halves
1 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray
For a group of 50 people:
8 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz dry onion soup mix
8 cups raw rice
16 cups water
48 chicken breast halves
2 stick butter
Salt & pepper to taste
Cooking spray
Directions
Mix soup, onion soup mix, rice and water.
Place in bottom of baking dish.
Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture.
Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
