Why I Love This Recipe

Easy and flavorful. This is great for summertime, or when you wish it was summertime!

Ingredients You'll Need

Ingredients for 30 servings:
Sliced, cured ham (7 lb)
3 c. crushed pineapple
1 c brown sugar

Ingredients for 50 servings:
Sliced, cured ham (12 lb)
4 1/2 c crushed pineapple
1 3/4 c brown sugar

Place slices of ham in baking dish.
Cover with half of the pineapple/sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5 hours.

Also works well in a crockpot. High for 2-3 hours, or low for 4-5 hours.

Pairs Well With

Mashed party potatoes, macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, brownies. Great on hawaiian rolls with baby Swiss cheese and red onion with macadamia nut cookies.
