Ingredients You'll Need

For a group of 30 people:
2 lb American cheese
1.5 stick butter or margarine
6.5 c milk
6 c large elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Buttered, seasoned crumbs

For a group of 50 people
3.5 lb American cheese
2.5 stick butter or margarine
10 c milk
11 c large elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
Buttered, seasoned crumbs


Combine cheese, butter and milk in large saucepan over medium heat until cheese is melted.

Mix macaroni with cheese sauce mix in large buttered casserole dish.

Top with buttered crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees until top is golden brown. (20-30 minutes)

Pairs Well With

Meat dish, side salad.
