Why I Love This Recipe

Creamed corn and sour cream add to the flavor of this casserole.

Ingredients You'll Need

For a group of 30 people:
3 pkgs smoked sausage, cut into ½" thick slices
18 oz egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
3 c sliced celery
3 medium onion, chopped
3 can cream-style corn
1.5 c sour cream
1 t salt
1 t pepper

For a group of 50 people:
5 pkgs smoked sausage, cut into ½" thick slices
34 oz egg noodles, cooked according to package directions
5 c sliced celery
5 medium onion, chopped
5 can cream-style corn
2.5 c sour cream
1.5 t salt
1.5 t pepper


Cook and stir sausage, celery and onion until vegetables are tender. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly.

Turn into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Top with crumb topping if desired.

Pairs Well With

Side salad, fruit salad, dinner rolls.
