Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup frozen mixed berries, thawed
1 ripe banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk, divided
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
2 tablespoons goji berries
2 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 tablespoon shredded coconut


In a blender, combine the thawed mixed berries, banana, 3/4 cup of the almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl.

In a small bowl, combine the remaining 1/4 cup of almond milk with the old-fashioned oats. Microwave for 30 seconds to slightly soften the oats.

Top the smoothie bowl with the softened oats, goji berries, sliced almonds, and shredded coconut.

Serve immediately, while the smoothie is chilled and the toppings are fresh.
