Ham, Ranch, & Cheese pasta


Ingredients You'll Need

½ lb. pasta, penne
1 T. butter
1 T. flour
1 c. milk
2 t. parsley flakes, dried
½ t. salt
½ t. garlic powder
½ t. dried minced onion
¼ t onion powder
½ t. pepper
½ c. sour cream
½ c. ham
½ c. Mexican cheese blend, shredded
¼ c. Parmesan cheese, shredded


Directions

Cook pasta according to directions; drain.


In a pot, melt butter; whisk in flour until smooth. Gradually add milk
and seasonings.


Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce
heat; fold in sour cream until blended.


Add ham and pasta; cook and stir until heated through. Remove from
the heat.


Stir in Mexican cheese blend until melted.


Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Serve.
