Ingredients You'll Need
6-8 med. red poatoes..2-2 1/2 lbs.
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c ranch style dressing
1/4 c bacon bits
2T. minced fresh parsley
1 c shredded cheddar
topping:
1/2 c shredded cheddar
2 c. slightly crushed corn flakes
1/4 c butter
Directions
Cook pot. til tender.
Quarter them, leaving skins on.
Set aside.
Combine s. cream, dressing, bacon, parsley and 1 c cheese.
Place potatoes in greased 9 x 13.
Pour s. cream mix over and gently toss.
Top with 1/2 c cheese.
Combine flakes and butter.
Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 min.
Makes 8 serv.
