Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

1 cup of margarine
2 eggs
1 cup of white sugar
1 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
2 cups of flour
2 cups of quick oats
2 cups of Rice Krispies
1 cup of shredded coconut


Directions

Cream margarine and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Add flour, sifted with baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add Rice Krispies, coconut and oats. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Press down with fork. Bake at 375*F for 7 minutes or until golden brown. If you chill the dough it is easier to handle.


Sometimes I will add and 1/2 to 1 cups of chopped walnuts!


Makes approximately 110 cookies.
