Raspberry Bars

Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 Cup butter,softened
1 Cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 Cup quick cooking rolled oats
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 Cup Raspberry (seedless) jam
Directions
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir flour,salt,and soda. Add to butter and sugar mixture. Add oats and 1/4 Cup of water-mix until crumbly. Firmly pat 1/2 of the mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch pan. Stir raspberry jam and lemon juice together. Spread over base. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool; cut into bars. Makes 36-40
