"Raspberry Mousse"

Ingredients You'll Need

1x 250g pack of extra light cream cheese
1/2 a cup of fat free greek yoghurt
2x scoops of @1upnutrition Coconut Ice Cream Whey Protein
2x cups of fresh or frozen raspberries


Directions

1. Blend the extra light cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
2. Add whey protein and blend well
3. Add raspberries and blend one last time
4. Divide into 4 glasses and place in the fridge for atleast 1 hour to set
Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator
