Raw Apple Bars

Use any type of cooking apples.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
Bars: 1 t vanilla
2 eggs
4 c sliced apples
2 c flour
1/2 c nuts
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
Topping: 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 c white sugar, 1 t chopped nuts
Directions
Mix sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs. Beat well. Add remaining bar ingredients and pour in 9x13 pan. Mix topping and sprinkle over dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
