Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup raw Quaker Whole oats
1 cup soy vanilla milk
1 dopper of stevia
1/2 cup of nuts
1 bannana
unsweetened dates
Directions
put all dry ingredients in a med bowl.
add bannana and soy milk,stevia or sweetener.
