Questions, Comments & Reviews

I love the Red Velvet cake. It is my favorite. I make one that is basicly the same as yours except I cheat. I use a Red Velvet cake mix, 1 stick of pure butter softened,6 eggs, and 8 oz. of sour cream. Cook in 3 8 in pans for abour 20 minutes or until they spring back when touched. Then I ice with a cream cheese icing. I sell these cakes during the Holidays and my customers love them. Just thought I would share. I hate to measure all the ingredients.

My favorite cake.....Nice photos too.....
