An old family favorite.
Ingredients You'll Need
7 c cucumbers, peeled or striped, sliced thin
1 onion, sliced thin
2 c sugar
1 c vinegar
1 T celery seed
1 T salt
Place cucumbers and onions in glass jar.
Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over cucumbers. Refrigerate several days, shaking mixture, before serving. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.

Side dish or eat on a sandwich.
