Son pocos ingredientes pero sabores potentes y que funcionan bien juntos.

Lo puedes probar con otras verduras al horno (como en la foto) pero el protagonista es la remolacha.

Ingredients You'll Need

Remolacha
Limón
Queso Burrata
Aceite
Sal
Pimienta
Albahaca (opcional)


Directions

Cortar remolacha en rodajas redonadas y poner en un recipiente para horno.


Exprimir zumo de limón, aceite, sal y pimienta encima de la remolacha.


Poner en horno y dejar durante 25/30 min


Cuando te sirvas, cortar queso burrata y poner un poco en cada trozo de remolacha para que se funda. Y al final poner un poco de albahaca, le da el toque top!
