Why I Love This Recipe

I love this recipe because it simply could not be easier, and because it's so good I could sit down and eat the whole batch by myself

Ingredients You'll Need

Dice baking potatoes (I like to use Yukon Gold), leaving the skins on - enough to cover the bottom of the baking dish but not enough to fill the dish.
A LOT of butter
Tony Cachere's cajun seasoning
garlic powder
salt and pepper

Directions

Take a glass baking dish, as large as you like, depending on how many people you wish to serve. Dice baking potatoes (I like to use Yukon Gold), leaving the skins on - enough to cover the bottom of the baking dish but not enough to fill the dish. Cut A LOT of butter into chunks and drop across top of potatoes. Sprinkle liberally with: Tony Cachere's cajun seasoning, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350 until the taters are tender, about 30 minutes. It's really good as a side dish with steak, for a change from baked potatoes.
