Rhubarb Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
4 c diced rhubarb
2 c miniature marshmallows
1 T strawberry jello
1 3/4 c sugar
1/2 c margarine
2 eggs
1 3/4 c flour
1/2 t salt
3 t baking powder
1/2 c milk
3/4 c sugar--for preparing pan
Directions
Butter a 9x13 pan and sprinkle 3/4 c sugar in the bottom.
Place rhubarb in the pan, covered with marshmallows, then sprinkled with jello. Cream 1 3/4 c sugar and margarine until smooth. Add eggs. Add sifted dry ingredients then milk. Pour over rhubarb and bake 30-40 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Coffee or milk.
