Rhubarb Dessert

Tastes like rhubarb custard pie.
Ingredients You'll Need
Crust:
1 1/2 c flour
7 T powdered sugar
3/4 c margarine
Filling:
4 c rhubarb, sliced thin
1 1/2 - 2 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1/3 c flour
3 eggs, beaten
dash of salt
1 can evaporated milk
Directions
For crust: crumb and pat ingredients into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle 4 c rhubarb on hot crust. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over rhubarb. Sprinkle top with cinnamon before baking. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
