Ingredients You'll Need

5 Cups Rhubarb Cut Fine
3 Cups Sugar
1 Package Strawberry Gelatin


Mix rhubarb and sugar in large saucepan.

Cook over low heat stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Turn up heat; Bring mixture to boil: Boil 10 minutes.

Remove from heat; Stir in strawberry gelatin.

Continue stirring until gelatin is dissolved.

Skim, then pour into glasses.

Put on lids. Cool then freeze.
