Rice Pilaf

Why I Love This Recipe
This rice is SO moist and flavorful!
Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 cup butter
6-8 diced mushrooms
5 green onions, sliced thin
2 cans beef bouillon
1 can water
1 cup rice (NOT minute rice)
Directions
Brown rice in butter. Add onion and mushrooms; cook until tender. Add bouillon and water. Put into 1 quart casserole and bake at 350 deg for 1 hour.
When serving with chicken, use chicken bouillon.
Serves 6-8
