1 cup apple cider, chilled
1 cup fat-free milk
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 banana, sliced
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
Prepare in under 10 minutes. Combine all ingredients in a blender, cover and blend until smooth... Serve immediately.
