Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup sliced, fresh mushrooms
2/3 cup long- grain rice
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp margarine or butter
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp dried sage, crushed
1/8 tsp
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
In a medium saucepan, cook mushrooms, rice, and green pepper in margarine until green pepper is tender. Remove from heat. Stir in broth water sage and pepper. Bring in a bowl to reduce the heat. Cook for 15 mins then remove and sit for 5 mins. Fluff with a fork. Sprinkle with cheese
