Risotto
Ingredients You'll Need
1 C sliced mushrooms
2/3 C rice
1/3 C Chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. margarine/butter
1 C chicken broth
1/2 C water
1/4 tsp. dried sage, crushed
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Directions
1.) Cook mushrooms, rice, and green pepper in medium saucepan in margarine until pepper is tender
2.) remove from heat. stir in broth, water, sage, and pepper/
3.) bring to a bowl; reduce heat. cover and simmer for 15 minutes
4.) remove from heat and let cool. sprinkle with cheese
