A simple roast pork tenderloin with au jus is a delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients You'll Need
Package of Pork Tenderloin
Freshly ground sea salt
Freshly ground pepper
olive oil
Directions
Remove silverskin from pork tenderloin. Rub tenderloin all over with olive oil, then salt and pepper to taste. Roast in an oven preheated to 450F for 25 minutes or until instant thermometer registers 145F. Remove from oven and allow meat to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve pan juices au jus, or thicken with cornstarch slurry to make gravy if desired.
